Purchasing fine art photography is an investment, and it’s natural to have questions about print options, sizes, shipping, and care. This FAQ page covers the most common questions collectors ask about ordering prints from Jeff Doyle Photography. Ordering & Print Options
What print types do you offer?
I currently offer three premium options: Metal Prints, Cotton Rag Prints with Mat, and Lumachrome Acrylic Prints. Each is museum-quality and archival.
What sizes are available?
Sizes range from 8×12 inches up to 40×60 inches. Larger custom sizes may be possible on request.
How do I choose the right print medium?
Metal prints are modern and vibrant, cotton rag prints are classic and textured, and Lumachrome acrylic prints are luminous and gallery-standard.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, I only ship within the United States.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship within 2–3 weeks. Lumachrome acrylics may take slightly longer due to their specialized production process.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout and varies by print size and destination within the U.S.
Care & Longevity
Are the prints archival?
Yes. All prints are produced with archival materials designed to last for generations.
How do I care for my prints?
Metal & Acrylic Prints: wipe gently with a microfiber cloth.
Cotton Rag Prints: handle carefully and frame under glass.
Will the prints fade over time?
No. When displayed properly, archival prints maintain color and vibrancy for decades.
Customization & Framing
Do you offer framing?
Cotton rag prints are shipped matted and ready for custom framing. Metal and acrylic prints come with a float mount system for immediate display.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Many images can be produced in custom dimensions. Please contact me for details.
Authenticity & Editions
Are your prints limited edition?
Select works are offered as limited editions, which are numbered and signed. Others are available as open editions.
Do prints come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes. Limited edition prints include a signed certificate of authenticity.
Payments & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods are accepted.
Do you accept returns?
Because each print is custom-made, returns are only accepted in cases of damage during shipping. If your print arrives damaged, I will replace it.
Is there a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. My goal is for every collector to feel fully satisfied. If you have concerns about your order, I will work with you to make it right.
