Trade & Commercial Fine Art Photography

First Light at Grand View displayed as a large panoramic Lumachrome TruLife acrylic print in a double-height hotel lobby.

Limited edition landscape photography for interior designers, art consultants, developers, and hospitality and corporate clients. Every image is produced in an edition of 100, signed and numbered by hand, and available in sizes and substrates built for commercial-scale walls.

Choose a Starting Point

Interior designers can start with the trade workflow and palette-led selection page. Corporate and hospitality projects have their own page covering commercial environments, multi-unit programs, and procurement. If you're still working through scale, materials, lighting, installation, or budgeting, start with the Commercial Art Selection Guide.

For Interior Designers

Trade pricing, high-resolution comps for client presentations, custom sizing, palette-led browsing, and series development across multi-room projects. Built around how a design project actually moves from schematic to install.

Corporate & Hospitality

Lobbies, conference rooms, guest rooms, corridors, and amenity spaces. Durability, maintenance handoff to facilities teams, phased delivery, and regional imagery for organizations rooted in the Pacific Northwest and the West.

The Selection Guide

A detailed working reference covering scale, substrate selection by space type, glare and lighting, budgeting a program rather than a purchase, installation, and long-term maintenance. Start here if you are specifying and want the reasoning rather than the pitch.

What Is Available

Editions

Every image is limited to 100 prints across all sizes and substrates combined. For multi-unit programs, edition allocation is handled during quoting so repeated installations can be planned before production. The Editions, Sizes, and Materials guide covers the edition structure in detail.

For multi-unit programs where the same image repeats across many rooms, edition allocation is handled as part of the quote. Get in touch with your unit count early so it can be structured properly.

Substrates

Work is available on ChromaLuxe metal, Lumachrome TruLife acrylic, and archival cotton-rag paper. I recommend the material according to the wall, lighting, traffic level, presentation goals, and maintenance requirements of the project. Full technical specifications and material comparisons are in the Fine Art Photography Print Mediums guide.

Sizing

Standard sizes run to 40x60. Larger formats are available for anchor and feature walls, and custom dimensions can be produced to spec. Panoramic compositions can be divided into diptychs and triptychs for long walls and corridors, which counts as one edition number across all panels.

Subject Matter

Pacific Northwest coast and rainforest, Cascade volcanoes, the Canadian Rockies, Colorado high country, and the Desert Southwest. For organizations with regional roots, place-specific imagery gives a space a sense of belonging that generic decor cannot buy.

How a Project Runs

  1. Brief. Send wall dimensions, elevations, lighting conditions, palette direction, and project requirements.
  2. Curation & Comps. I build a selection around the brief and provide presentation comps where needed.
  3. Specification and quote. Sizes, substrates, edition allocation, pricing, and production timing are confirmed.
  4. Production & Delivery. Work is produced, inspected, and delivered according to the project schedule, with care documentation supplied at handoff.

Start a Project

Tell me about the spaces. Wall dimensions, sightlines, what the light does through the day, and what the environment needs to communicate. I will map sizes, substrates, and a phased plan against it.
